Mine was approved last month. Wait time was 4 months after I sent in the medical report filled out by my doctor. I have multiple conditions and submitted 1000 pages. The first person that reviewed my case at Service Canada didn’t even check all my documents because they asked my doctor for more information which had already been submitted. I didn’t have to send in more information though because a week later the medical adjudicator called me and said I was definitely approved. I think it’s a mess at Service Canada but they seem to be respecting the 120 day wait time.
