Hopefully it is a positive response you get in the mail. The fact there is no payment information might be a cause of concern on your online Service Canada website. I was able to see my payment information before I received any correspondence in the mail. My case was a bit different as I was told right away I was approved for CPPD when I got the caIl, I guess there is no set protocol. My best advice for you would be to call Service Canada again and hope you get a better Service Canada agent who can tell you if you have been approved or denied. The wait times are usually 1 hour when calling Service Canada.
