My Manulife caseworker did not call today as scheduled. I’m wondering why. I did contact my HR heath and benefits person and talked about my next steps. Should I call my caseworker or just wait to hear from him? I haven’t started appeal for CPP-D denial yet. I was waiting for Manulife to call.

In my experience there can be no reason for delays, missed calls etc… other than people being forgetful or overwhelmed or just plain old bad service.
