Tribunal Appeal

CPPD- Does the request to appeal at tribunal
Letter need to be complicated? New medical information is straightforward. I feel like im putting to much time in the request letter. They don’t care what we really have to say they care what the medical information says. I wonder what anyone thinks about this?

Easy enough to say what’s on my mind but when it’s comes to this stuff I got off on tangents.

Thanks.

The most important thing is to just get the Notice of Appeal / Request for Appeal form to the Social Security Tribunal. You can say on that form, that you will provide more details later and that you are still gathering medical records and evidence.
