here is my conundrum:
I applied to CPPD last year, 2018 in June.
I have been considered disabled since January 2017. I have stopped working in 2015.
Canada and Romania have a social agreement and I have finally received a letter from International operations that I am considered disabled and the file was sent to a benefits officer.
I worked in Canada 17 years and in Romania 11 years.
Could somebody explain to me am I approved or not cause my head is spinning?

Call CPP-D and they will tell you.
I don’t know who that is.
You should have received a determination letter from Service Canada last year.
If you were approved then you would presumably have noticed the payments.
Maybe an appeal was done for you and you just got approved, who knows.
