Request - copy of CPPD story

I was wondering if it is possible to find a sample or template of the ‘story’ that David recommends we need for the CPPD application?
I feel like I could be overthinking things or maybe being overly emotional…or even obsessing over the story part. I think “What if I miss something?”

Hi, this is David. In my new book “The CPP Disability Application Workbook” Chapter two covers how to tell your story. There is not really a template you can follow because everyone’s story is unique. However, there are guidelines and an exercise in the book to help. This book is supposed to be published next week and will be available on Amazon.ca.

The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with a lawyer, fully explain your situation, and allow the lawyer enough time to research the applicable law and facts required to give an adequate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service only, a full one-on-one discussion with a lawyer should be done before taking any any action.
