I recently purchased David Brannen’s CPP Disability Beginner’s Guide and Application Workbook bundle on Amazon and have been working through it. One of the most valuable features to me was the additional online resources (sample completed application, sample narrative statement, etc.). Unfortunately, the link that is printed in multiple locations in the aforementioned texts is broken, and I can find no mention of an updated URL on the website. Can anyone help?
