I have been on Ltd for quite a while (past 2 year mark) and my insurance always send a regular questionnaire every few months. Which is expected. This time, it’s been almost a year. And while I do not miss them, this makes me think. Is it common?

Usually you shift into annual updates unless there’s some reason (surgery, say) to expect improvement. I had a crappy incompetent claim manager for a while so I am happy to be put on auto and forgotten.

Thank you Caro, I do prefer to be , like you say „forgotten „ , but as this is the first time that it’s been almost a year , makes me suspicious …

This happens and is not unusual. It could be a situation of being forgotten or falling through cracks or it can be how the insurer is managing things. Generally, people get an annual form to fill out. I expect at some point they will start sending those to you. I would only recommend a person reach out to the insurer if there has been some change in your health, treatment, work situation, etc. Otherwise, just keep seeing your doctor and doing whatever recommended treatment you have.
