I’ve past the own occupation period and have been approved for the any occupation period.
I have been transferred to the insurer’s long duration claim team.
I don’t really know what to expect next in terms of the way my claim will be managed.
Any insights will be appreciated.

It depends on your insurance company.
My medical condition won’t improve so I I only fill out a brief form once a year.
Depending on your insurance company and medical condition you will have a different experience.

Yes, depends on your condition. After two years my case manager was sending request for medical updates to my doctor every six month.

Really, so they bug you just as much. I have a friend who only has to fill out forms once a year so far.

I expect the frequency is driven by the nature of your disability like someone suggested above.
