I have been on disability 10-20 times often for years at a time, for more than half my 15+ year career as a fellow actuary.
I have a previous diagnosis of Type 1 Bipolar now Schizoaffective (Bipolar Type) with over a dozen involuntary inpatient hospitalizations often for months at a time. I have tentative findings of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as evidenced in two medical letters from different generalist psychiatrists. I am currently waitlisted for CAMH Adult Neurodevelopmental Services.
I was homeless last year living STREET LIFE behind garbage dumpsters after having most of my career earnings taken by a variety of financial predators who were exploiting me for my disability status by which I say I am a human trafficking victim. I now have Public Guardian due to mental incompetence with respect to my finances. I am approved on a permanent basis for Disability Tax Credit currently applying for CPPD on LTD.
I am on a Community Treatment Order since having been hospitalized in the neurosurgery emergency room last fall as the victim of a random hammer attack resulting in 7 broken bones including 3 in my skull with brain bleeding this was the 5th assault I suffered last year.
The hospital staff psychiatrist told me point blank that any further attempt for me to work will likely result as an immediately foreseeable cause-and-effect near-term eventuality in a scientific pronunciation on a certificate of my unnatural causes of death.
I just want people to be aware that if you are being human trafficked in your community that you consider getting a factually accurate and reliable capacity assessment done sooner rather than later for at least property incompetence because it could save your life. Make sure that any financial capacity assessments are adequately consulted especially if you are scared and confused because your human traffickers are drug manufacturing prison gangsters with police reference letters to apply to become police officers while still engaging in illegal drug manufacturing.
