Much better to upload it on your MyCRA account online. I did that when I applied and was able to track it that it was submitted and then once approved as well.
Not sure if its advisable to submit again?
It was 2 months before I heard back from them, and that was pre-COVID. I’d give them two or three months then call to inquire about the status of your application if you haven’t heard anything.
