CPPD not responding to me

My CPPD appeal was allowed on April 13 as per the tribunal CPP has 90 days to appeal. I called CPPD on July 14 they told me nothing has been done and the CSR sent a request to the processing dept and I was told to call back in 14 business days. I did that today and waited on hold for 2 hours to be told that still nothing has been done. I have to wait an additional 2 business days cause nothing else had been done. What happens if I call on Monday and there is still nothing?? Can I escalate it to a supervisor?? Thank you :pray:

Tell them how long it has been and ask to speak to a manager.
I know this is a late reply, I hope it was resolved.
