CPP Reconsideration

Had severe concussion, then it progressed to cerebral hematoma.
Has caused many debilitating issues. Applied for CPP-D and was denied within 10 days. The speed was shocking. Was told due to my condition, yet denied.
Now almost three months later, I have everything I think they needed. Cognitive testing, audiologist report, vision therapy with prism glasses.
The problem is my last Doctor. He wrote that prognosis was unknown will know in about 1-2 years at best. He said almost three months later he has nothing to address. He said to put in my letter to call him, if any issues.
So with all of my reports now, does what he say meet prolonged? Called the Nurse who denied me, she said that would beokay to be left in.
Thoughts?

Not having a firm prognosis or uncertainty to prognosis is not a barrier to winning CPPD. You should get your appeal docs in ASAP. If your appeal gets denied, consider getting help from a disability lawyer or someone very experienced with appeals. There may be technical issues that can be addressed to improve your chances of winning
