denied on cppd reconsideration after it took almost 8 months to finally get the letter saying my doctor did not reply to there requests but all along they said no more info was needed grrrrrrr frustrated has anyone won at the tribunal 3rd stage an how long does that take im scared to ask.i will hire resolute legal this time what do i have to loose very frustrated
@David_Brannen
Can he make a complaint about Service Canada lying to him?
That is crazy
No wonder you’re frustrated.
We win a lot at the tribunal, but put in a lot of work. There is technically a year for the hearing, but usually can be much faster. Depends mostly on how long to get the docs necessary to prove the case. The tribunal hearing is your last real chance. Appeals after the hearing are different and very hard to win.
Tribunal is much faster and more responsive than Service Canada

Yes, I hired Resolute Legal and they submitted all the documents to the Tribunal and Service Canada decided to settle my case before the hearing. It was great working with David and his team. They are very organized and professional.
