Would anyone know if when the Medical Adjudicator requests clinical notes etc from the Dr., is it mandatory to have these documents mailed directly to Service Canada in BC? Would the requested information be rejected if submitted through my online dashboard via My Service Canada Account?
There’s a section that allows a person to submit medical documents through the dashboard which is how I have submitted all my supporting medical information during the reconsideration of CPPD process. Just trying to get this information to the
Medical Adjudicator as soon as possible without having to mail or go the distance to hand it in directly at the Service Canada processing center or having someone else go out of their way to drop it off.
