Can you apply for CPP disability benefits again even you have been denied and after appeals

Hi David:

Thanks for running this forum for disabled like us. I have a question which I can’t seem to find an answer for can I be able to apply for a CPPD benefits again with a new application if let say I have been declined for my initial application and let say I did appeal and reached to social tribunal and get declined and I can re apply with a new application with same date of onset of symptoms which caused my disability given I have long history of disability which is not improving but is actually remain the same with my doctors supporting the medical evidence and on my first application lacking the things like return to work effort although is disabling enough for me to engage in any return to work or any other job and now struggling what to do ?

Looking forward to your insights and if let say this is my situation I would rather hire you to help me out with this complex process from the beginning that way you know how to prepare and put out out foot with right steps as I am pretty sure my medical and health situation will not improve any further but will decline and I would like someone experienced like you to help me out with a process of CPP D to help out to be successful.

I would watch this video by David

Thanks sunrise. Any update on your benefits is it approved or you are still waiting on your initial application and have they asked any other information from you?

I was approved on my first attempt. All the best.

This is Awesome congratulations must be a huge relief. Hey just a quick question I have a long file with almost 700-800 pages from my emergency unit in the hospital after my pyschosis episode would you suggest I should print that many pages or may be once I have my file sent and it shows on my service canada account I can upload the off their ? Although I am attaching the notes of admission and discharge from the hospital when that happened.

Thanks. I would send in all medical documents that support your claim, regardless of how many pages it is. Having said that, I cannot tell if you need to send in all 700-800 pages as I don’t know what’s written in them. The admission and discharge notes are probably sufficient, but if there is additional information that is helpful in the 700-800 pages, I would send them in. If sending in a lot of pages, if possible, I would attach an index to the front of those pages, so that it is easy for the person at Service Canada to look through the pages and find information they need.

You won’t be able to upload heavy files on MSCA, so I would mail it all in as a small package with Canada Post.
