Cpp reconsideration what to include

#1

what to put in reconsideration? letter from dr.? therapist mri results? my own letter?

#2

Anything not included in the original application as specified in:
https://resolutelegal.ca/practical-guide-for-how-to-apply-for-cpp-disability-benefits/

#3

Did you get a copy of your file from Service Canada?

#4

What is in the Service Canada file that was not part of the original application?

#5

Their notes on medical adjudication. It may explain in more detail why she was denied.

#6

Put in everything possible that was not included before. Make a cover page that lists all of your documents.
Respond to their reason for why they denied you.
