Calls from Service Canada

I have an interesting situation. I have been told by SC that on dec 12th when the decision was made that someone attempted to call me but was unable to get though and there was no voicemail option. I said that was odd because my phone is working, accepts private/unknown calls/ and has working voicemail that is not full. I requested a call back as I wanted to speak with someone regardless of decision and they said okay. I called today to check in and firstly was treated very rudely by the employee off the bat. She told me though that several attempts were made to call me as per my request on December 23rd and that they were unable to get through and no voicemail option. I told her this was quite bizarre to me and confirmed my phone number on file was correct. I asked what time the calls were made and she said the last one was attempted at 10:30am. I reviewed my call log and there are absolutely no attempts. What could be going on here? Any thoughts, I’m confused how I can get any information if they’re suddenly unable to reach me. To note, I have previously to Dec 12th received phone calls from the medical adjudicator just fine from private/unknown numbers and also voicemail from her.
