How often are your claims reviewed after the two year mark? For example, how many times per year do you have to fill out activities of daily living forms? How many times per year does your medical team need to fill out forms for the Ltd company?
I ask because I am tired of the uncertainty and months it takes to complete this process at least once a year. The uncertainty, invasiveness, and anxiety is all hard to take in stride. I had hoped getting cpp-d would make the Ltd check ins less frequent and exhaustive.
It probably depends on the nature of your condition and how likely (or even possible) it is to improve. I haven’t had to do any since the initial one.

I am before COD and I only do a brief questionnaire and no medical once a year.
