Anyone have their Doctor called by an insurer’s picked Peer Doctor?
How bad are these?
Never.
I was open to it, but my primary care doctor said it was unusual for that to happen. If the insurer wants her notes to pass along then they should be sufficient. “She doesn’t have time to play the games” is how she puts it and any questions or clarifying questions should be on print for the file, especially if insurance is involved.
