For rehabilitation providers, general releases or IME release forms is it ok to write:

Or would that be looked at poorly?
There is no doubt the insurance companies will look poorly on it, but I think a judge would think it very reasonable that the you get copies of any reports prepared by IME doctors or rehabilition clinics. I think you should add that you would be willing to pay the reasonable cost of copying and mailing the reports. Also, I would remove the part about verbal as that may make the whole thing impractical. If you focus only on written reports then it will be more reasonable.
