Jury Duty request

hi, I have recently been requested to perform jury duty, does this have any bearing on my insurance payments?

I think it might.
To me it is like functional evaluations, just because you can do something once for a test doesn’t mean you can do it every day for work.
Is there a way to get get out of it for medical reasons?
It might depend on how long you’ve been on LTD and if the insurance company is likely to try to cut you off.

I filled in the jury duty form and said I was off work due to health issues. I never heard back from them and that was over a year ago.

Yes, if you are able to do jury duty, it would be evidence of capacity to work.
