My insurance keeps harassing me. My doctor told me to tell the insurance if they want updates to call her but they still keep harassing me about updates. Is this ok?
Phone the insurance company.
Maybe it is automated.
It’s normal they ask for updates.
I don’t know why they won’t ask your doctor.
Maybe they phoned your doctor but didn’t get an immediate answer.

I am assuming they call you regularly every six weeks and interrogate you? If that’s the case that is normal. I go through the same thing with my insurance.
