Dyslexia and ltd

Is dyslexia considered a barrier to employment? It is an injury to back claim
Should the ltd provider have to accommodate dyslexia when providing services like a TSA and assisted job search?

Does the human rights aspect of learning disabilities over ride insurance act?
Thank you

I don’t think so because it can be managed.
Lot’s of people with dyslexia work.

My father had dyslexia and was a qualified physician, for decades in two different countries.

That being said, it may depend on other factors as well

For clarificatoion, I wasnt asking if he could work, i was inquiring if it should be considered a barrier, and basically have accomodation to his learning disability during a TSA/ JJS

I think it should be considered a barrier, and taken into consideration. He needs to be “reasonably qualified” to do any job they say he can do according to most LTD policies. That said, I know people with severe dyslexia that have very good careers so the onus will likely be on you to prove his dyslexia will prevent him from being “reasonably qualified” for jobs the TSA spits out.

What was his previous job?
