Has anyone gotten a letter during the SST General Division process stating that they (Service Canada) “notify the Tribunal Member that the Minister is developing for additional information on this appeal.”?
The navigator said it was something to do with reviewing the file they’ve already rejected twice, and I haven’t submitted any new information yet (still have a month or so to submit new info).
Any idea what this is would be greatly appreciated.

Yes this happened to me because I send new information about my declining health status as I was in hospital and my health deteriorated. Service Canada send new information auguring the new finding after the MQP. The social tribunal still deemed as being disabled prior to the MQP and that it was proof of my declining health… I can not tell you the exhausting and depressing processing to prove I had a severe disability but bottom line I was approved.
