What are they saying? My medical conditions are not prolonged? Or not severe?

CPPD denial based on future treatment likely to improve medical conditions.

Medical history was not submitted first application. Waiting on new decision with appropriate medical history in my file.

I’m not an expert but I would say it means they’re saying there is a treatment which can likely improve your condition therefor it would not be considered prolonged or severe.
