Just curious as to what I will expect during the mediation?
Since I have been approved for CPP and I have undergone over 6 operations in the last few months I can not see any issue with a jury of reasonable nature to rule in my favor at a trial. That being said the Canadian legal system is not set up to be fair or just as one would think. I was in for a rude awakening.
At the current pace I expect to be in court mid Spring 2019.
But for now I am focused on the mediation and any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know the answer.
I just wanted to comment that I read the subject as “medication”. :slight_smile:
I am having vision problems so it’s understandable.
“claim medication” would have been an interesting topic.
