Hi it’s been about 6 weeks since we filed a reconsideration letter to Chatham branch received a phone call from Chatham but no message . Do they call you to give you there decision I notice online still says the same as the first one
Completed nothing has changed however did get letter saying they received my reconsideration letter fingers crossed the battle wears at you after awhile
Call them back and ask what stage your reconsideration is in.
They should be able to say who/why they called.
