I’ve recently been approved for cppd. My CRA account, under payments, lists a lump sum and a payment date of May 1st. but also says the status is paid. Which it’s not. When do you receive retro pay, the payment date or the benefit date wich is 28 th this month. Or does my cppd payment start next month? Thanks!
It looks like you get the lump sum may 1.
You may not get regular payments until the end of May.
Does Service Canada show 2 payments or just the lump sum?
The website might not be completely updated.
It just shows the one payment of lump sum. Thank you for reply
