Hello, I requested my file from atip dec 18. How long did it take for you to receive your file? I can’t get ahold of anyone to get the information and no one has an answer. Thanks
I spoke with a Service Canada representative yesterday about this exact topic you are questioning. What I have been told is that it takes 30 business days for them to receive the file request.
I’ve been hyper focused trying to absorb as much information as I can. Some of it sticks some I’m chasing my tail.

Thank you for your reply, it is so stressful waiting! I too am focused on details but I think it’s important as it helps us know where they need more info and to help our cases. I received an email dec 18 saying the received my request so it been just over 30 days. I higg try a tracking number but there’s no where I can find to use it without creating a new request

The way I have kept my chin up is staying positive by reminding myself things happen for a reason and maybe time is on our side but not the way we had envisioned it.
