LTD sent me an email that says Based on the medical information received on file from my Specialist, they have extended benefits to June 30 2020. They will connect with me in approx. 2 months time to follow up on your progress and outcome of my reassessment appt with my Specialist. If i have recovered to the point of being able to discuss return to work plans, we will discuss that option, if not, we will determine what information (if any) is required.
Please advise us once you have a received a decision from CPPD re: your appeal.
