SST Tribunal general division

Is it true that if you have a confirmed severe medical condition(s) in both application decision
And reconsideration decision you don’t have to prove you have tried to participate in other work attempts or vocational training when appealing at tribunal?
I’m maxed and can’t get this request letter right.

Generally speaking, if you have any residual work capacity you must prove that you used reasonable efforts to stay in the workforce doing other “easier” jobs. The exception is if you DO NOT have residual work capacity. However, It is always better to show you have made efforts to stay in he workforce rather than argue no residual work capacity.
