Medical benefits with work. Ltd a couple years

I’ve been on LTD plus CPPD a year now. 0.5 yrs Short term, then 2 y Ltd.

Anyway, in the any OCC, should I fear losing my medical /script Benefit?

Employers typically wait 2-4 before terminating someone on LTD.
Some employers never terminate.
It’s not specifically related to LTD, just 2-4 years in general.
An employer can terminate anyone at any time.
There is no right to work.
Plan for it if you can but try not to worry about it.

Jammer has summed it up nicely. The can be individual factors like if your medical benefits are guaranteed in your employment contract or you are in a union and the collective agreement speaks to how long medical benefits are to continue. But absent those factors, it is just as Jammer has laid out.
