LTD & stock vesting

I am expecting to sue my insurer for LTD benefits but during this time my stock from my employer will continue to vest which means I’ll still be making six figures before taxes.

Based on this, I believe I will not qualify for EI-sickness or CPP-D. Is that the case?

I think it’s incorrect but it’s not exactly the situation I had. I had income from exercising stock options that were granted to me before I was disabled. Service Canada asked about it but didn’t change my CPP payments when I explained it was income earned before I was disabled. If you are not able to earn income from working then you should still qualify.
