This letter was sent to me on January, I have several health problems mental health,4 stages of Osteoarthritis, Back spinose, and Aortic dissolution 42mm. I am 58 years old. Is this finale of Manuel’s life also I am receiving CPPD. How often do they request information from FD?
Thank you
If they think your condition might improve, every 1 to 3 months. If they think it won’t improve, about once a year. I just kept a copy of the form and copied the information over each time.
Almost for two years was every months something to submit .Since I recevede the letter the did not requested anything.
I received the exact same wording from my LTD insurer about 10 months before my change in definition. Have they asked for any updates?
Hi, at your age 58 this likely means they will approve you to age 65 if your plan goes that far. Often they will look for annual updates. Keep an eye out for update forms in the mail.
