I think I know the answer to this question , but would like some more clarification.
On my 2022 NOA is a note that my DTC expires on December 31 , 2023 and I need to submit new T2201 , does it mean that I can still claim DTC on my 2023 taxes ?

I’m pretty sure I read that you should claim it if you expect to be approved.
Yes you can still claim it on your 2023 taxes if you file in 2024. You need to have been eligible in the tax year, not the year you file, if that’s what you’re asking.
