I was denied short term disability from Sunlife because they claim i don’t have sufficient information from my doctor.I have given them all reports from my doctor and had to pay a fee for these reports.
I don’t know what else to do.Any suggestions?

Apparently my doctor didn’t provide enough detail initially for my claim but the insurer sent follow-up questions.
Can you ask the insurer to provide specific questions that they need answered?
Note, in my case I wan’t denied so the situation is somewhat different.
