What happens to your couples benefits when the couple starts out on ODSP and the husband gets his own CPPD benefit’s.

how does both benefits work?

Is CPPD treated as income for ODSP?

Husband has waited almost a year to appeal there first discission and will get a lump sum back payment.

help to navigate this please.

So the husband received ODSP and is now getting CPPD?
I think ODSP claws back any other income but I’m not on ODSP.

No he was under mine, now he is under his own Cppd.

Kinda weird situation.

I know there is a claw back if he was on his own ODSP.
