I have been on LTD/CPPD for 9 years. I recently received an annual update form from LTD asking if my address has changed and the date I had last seen my family doctor. I have been seeing my specialists every month or bi-monthly but the last time I saw my family physician was ~4 months ago. Would not seeing my family physician for 4 months be an issue for LTD? I have been seeing my other specialist more frequently and my GP does get access to my specialist reports but I am wondering if I should make an urgent appointment with my GP or if this wouldn’t ben issue for filling out the update form.
Not a problem, you are seeing your GP regularly as well as being under the care of various specialists.
