How long does it generally take to get a tribunal hearing ?
Mine was 1 and 1/2 hours long.
Do u have to travel to them? Is the tribunal hearing the very last appeal?
I doubt they are in person given Covid19.

Mine was a teleconference… my self, my disability lawyer from ResoluteLegal and the judge.
Not asking how long the hearing lasts how long before you get a hearing date for eg if you sent in paperwork of your notification of appeal and a note of readiness was filed when do you hear back as to a date. It’s already been a year of waiting or maybe call the cpp office and ask them ?. It’s seems like a very very long process just to get a tribunal date ?..
I would call Service Canada.
