Secondary diagnosis

Should you try to include anything and everything (chronic) in the secondary diagnosis especially something that is backed by test reports and include those reports with the forms? I feel as if this way you could create a time stamp in case your secondary conditions were to flare in the future and you had to establish that it is chronic/prolonged (for CPPD) condition. Or is this more about the primary diagnosis so i shouldn’t include much about chronic conditions (more than 1) that might be less severe at this time.

Thank you!

I am not sure it’s about the diagnosises (however you pluralise that!) themselves at all. It’s about your ability to work and the diagnosises are back-up for that. Have you had a chance to look at David Brannen’s guide to applying for CPPD? It’s got very useful information about how to approach telling your story and will answer your question.
