Revoking Medical Information Consent - LTD

I have just finished my GRTW program from LTD. I returned to my employer in the same position that I left. The insurance company for employee benefits and LTD are one in the same.

Should I send them (and my doctor) a letter or something revoking/ending my consent for them to obtain medical information about me regarding to this claim/ issue that caused me to go on LTD?

So you have returned to work full time?
The insurance company will probably close your claim eventually so I wouldn’t do anything. :slight_smile:
