Position with my employer received a wage increase

I am on LTD and will not be able to my position due to the limitations I now have. I am wondering if my position with my employer receives a wage increase does my LTD increase?

Mine is based on my wage at the time of approval.
I’m not unionized.
I would check your benefit booklet or ask your union rep (whatever applies to you).

Thanks for the response. I received a copy of my policy today and no to the increase. This is what my policy stated. All-source maximum – amount paid will not exceed
85% of pre-disability net earnings.

It’s good to keep a copy of the policy. :slight_smile:
85% is pretty good, I think most people get around 70%.
I think mine is 66%.
