Lump sum pay question

Hi everyone,

Thank you for the previous help with my question. I have since received a letter stating my lump sum amount (still no approval letter). It says that the lump sum will be paid shortly. My question is, how is the lump sum paid? I did provide direct deposit info and can see it in my online account, but the letter didn’t state how it will be paid. Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Congrats on the approval.
My lump sum was paid to my insurance company (I signed their forms).
I would expect you to be paid the lump sum by direct deposit.
