Looking for legal help in Alberta for judical review

I’m in a revolving door of bad faith . WCB does not impliment thier decisions or the AC decisions for acceptance of permanent disability to provide compensation for loss of earnings and unresolved injuries. Forcing me to appeal the same issue over and over because after AC corrects thier own jurisdiction errors. WCB does not impliment the AC decisions. So the AC ignores thier previous decisions that complied with the WCA and makes the same jurisdiction errors .

If you are looking to enforce a AC decision you would need to do that though “judgement enforcement” proceedings, rather than judicial review proceedings. Judgement enforcement would likely be done through the Court of Kings Bench of Alberta. You would need to get specfic legal advice on the process and if your situation would qualify for these proceedings. Unfortunately, this is not something my firm would be able to help with.

Hi , thanks, I filed for my pleadings for judicial review than a , lawyer took over but did not get the records in the last 2 years -than retired , I cant afford another lawyer - its scheduled in a month. Im arguing for the court to have the records for a fair review and to extend the brief and authorities , I do not know what Im doing - called 20 lawyers cant even get past the front desk without money - i have my exhibits together - its to argue if the law -the ACT is binding on these decision makers as they have not considered the ACT in decision making - and limited the record in review of the decision at JR- now refusing to provide records -no extension and invoke rule 4,33 drop dead application -this is not fair what can i do “ every worker that rely’s on the ACT to protect them is at risk when binding findings of a medical panel that has its own section -can’t hold .
