How do you know you have long term dis.? How can you get it

2 questions (together)
• where does it say on your benefits pkg if you have LTD? How can you get it in writing
•what do you need to know about getting a mortgage with 3 people, 2 on PWD? Anyone been through this process in Canada?

My employee benefit booklet has a section about LTD just like it does for dental, health care spending, etc…

Ask your employer for your employee benefit booklet.

Exactly like Raptors fan says, it will be listed as a section of your group benefits booklet. There is Short-term disability, long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment. Make sure to look for the differences in all three of these.
