General Consent form told to sign without seeing all pages or I will be cut off

The insurer sent me a consent form labeled page 5of5. I signed it but put a note that I did not agree with whatever was on the other 4 pages since they did not send them. The claims adjuster replied that the original form I signed at the beginning of my claim had the other pages and I can just refer to the previous document. Thing is the form I signed originally, I still have it, and it is different and does not have and page numbers on it. I did not receive other pages at the beginning of my claim. Today the claims adjuster sent me a letter claiming that I had to sign the form without any modifications or they are going to cut me off. In summary it appears that the insurer is trying to force me to sign a document without seeing all the pages under threat of cutting me off my benefits. Is this legal?

Thinking it would be advisable to consult with a lawyer. Resolute offers free initial consultation.
All the best.

I would ask why the new pages that were sent are different than the original pages. Give them one or two examples. Ask what is the intent of having to “resign” this document.

Are the changes concerning or just minor? If concerning a free legal review with resolute might make sense.

Any supplemental agreement signed under threat or duress of having your benefits cut off is not enforceable, but that is a legal battle if it came to that.

The moment an insurer starts using threats I would also start copying your insurers obudsman that can usually be found with a google search.
