What should a person do when the LTD company has altered/tampered/forged/destroyed documentation ranging from altering the actual physical LTD application and with a huge number of administrative and medical documents related to the file. The application for benefits was met with: reprisals (harassment while surgically exempted ‘totally disabled’), coersion, intimidation, financial interference, change in status, privacy violations, stop paying wages, fail to pay STD/L, employer published a large number of false and misrepresentative media articles The LTD denial itself was followed by more reprisals (workplace investigation, harassment, false statements re: payroll, cpp, cra. Secret settlement agreements and awards, secret Benefit Compensation Arrangement (while awaiting appeal) the list goes on. Add onto that false CRA claims, altering my CRA information illegally.
Unfortunately, this is a government employer and they seem to just give themselves a free pass on liability for their illegal actiies.
