Just curious is there a limit to how many escalations/re-escalations are allowed? I’m on my third now for a reconsideration decision and when I called and asked today he said that unlimited number of escalations is allowed because there is a high volume. Is that truly the case? Thanks

Not sure I understand what you are asking? Do you mean they are taking a long time to release their decision and you are asking for escalation of of your complaint?
