Has any politician talked about reviewing the CPP-D/CPP rate every x months instead of once a year?

It would be good because of the inflation right now, but realistically I don’t think you will ever see this.
Has any political party even talked about doing this?
I think they do this for OAS?
Not that I am aware. But I am trying figure out who to raise this issue with.
